We created a service for website owners that want higher levels of support. Priority Text Support provides access to a voicemail and text message line to provide the quickest and easiest method of communication.
We have a one hour minimum for website owners that pay hourly, or get two hours of advanced support each month for the price of one with the monthly option.
You may receive a response at any time of day or night, and if we do not respond within 12 hours one hour of Text Support will be refunded. Support time includes written consultations, research, plans and technical instruction. Support will be capped at 3 hours per occurance, but issues needing more than 3 hours will be reevaluated and escalated if needed. We help troubleshoot, problem solve and create plans of action. If your website is disabled or requires advanced assistance, we provide debugging services.
Website owners that install our unattended remote access support application, Zoho Assist, may have a quicker and easier resolution.
While we may have discussions outside of Freedcamp, the work must be summarized and confirmed in a dedicated message thread.
