Building Your Website
To make the process as smooth as possible, we have created a streamlined process and collection of resources to help empower the website owner at every step.
Preboarding & Proposal
Before the project begins, a Preboarding Form kicks off the start of the Proposal process. This form helps us collect the details needed to create an accurate quote and determine if Universal Code is the right fit for the project. Once a contract is signed, the project starts and informational resources are created and shared.
Project Milestones
Every website build is broken into six stages: Onboarding, Discovery, Design, Development, Review and Hosting. These milestones were developed to help organize tasks and guide the project timeline. Project management is added to every website build to keep communication flowing and encourage closer collaboration through routine reports and scheduled consultation calls.
After Care & Hand-Off
Once the project is completed, you have a selection of options for the aftercare. Hosting is essential to the functioning of the website, so you may choose to host with Universal Code or choose your own web host - there's no shortage of types and options available.
