Our Team

Universal Code is a micro web development agency developed in 2020 by Abby Peterson. Having earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 2014, Abby had been working in the housing and mental health field when a new interest in technology was cultivated. Hoping to marry the two passions, Universal Code was a way to continue advocacy work in a different direction.

Aleta holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Northern Arizona University and has over a decade of social work experience in the Portland area. Aleta excels in making connections with people and enjoys networking among friends. Aleta is responsible for helping to bring new and exciting projects to fruition.

Alex joined the Universal Code team in 2022 as a marketing consultant. He owns his own marketing company, Web Factory Media where he specializes in B2B sales and digital marketing. He utilizes SEO strategy, Google My Business, Google and Facebook ads, email lists, and more to grow your business online.
